What happens next
We reply within two business days. If something in the brief will not work, we will say so and tell you what we would do instead. Nothing is ordered and no deposit is taken until you have approved the scheme.
Funerals and short notice
If you are arranging flowers for a funeral, note it in the message and we will treat it as urgent. We can generally work inside 48 hours.
