Where We Work: Floral Design Across Australia
Aisle and Stem designs florals nationally and coordinates a florist local to your venue to make and install them. We publish seven markets across four states, with detail on venues, seasonal availability and install lead times for each.
Our published markets
These are the markets where we hold established florist relationships and can speak to the venues, the permits and the seasonal supply with confidence.

See NewcastleHow the florist network works
We are a floral design and planning business, not a shop. There is no Aisle and Stem storefront in any of these cities. What we hold is the brief, the design, the specification and the accountability, and we place the making with a florist near your venue.
- You brief us once. Date, venue, occasion and a sense of the style. One form, one conversation.
- We design the scheme. A floral direction covering every arrangement, using varieties in season for your date and suited to your venue.
- We brief a local florist. A written specification goes to a florist near your venue: arrangement list, dimensions, palette, substitution rule, delivery times and site contact.
- They make and install. The work happens close to where it is needed, because fresh flowers do not travel well and an installer who knows the venue is worth more than one who does not.
You deal with one person throughout. If a variety is unavailable, if the venue changes the access window, or if the forecast turns, that is our problem to solve rather than something passed between you and three suppliers.
What happens outside these markets
We regularly work outside the published seven, particularly in regional New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, and for destination weddings within a few hours of a capital. What we will not do is claim coverage we cannot deliver properly.
If your venue is outside these markets, send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether we can service it to the standard on these pages, and if we cannot, we will say so rather than take the booking.
