Terms of Use

Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Aisle and Stem website. They cover what the content on this site is and is not, who owns it, and what happens when you send us an enquiry. They do not cover a booking, which is governed by a separate written agreement.

Template for legal review. This page is a starting template only. Aisle and Stem should have it reviewed by an Australian legal adviser and completed with the registered business name, ABN and contact details before the site goes live.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own information and to make a genuine enquiry. You may not use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, to scrape or systematically extract content, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.

The content on this site

Guides, price ranges, seasonal availability, lead times and venue notes on this site are general information about the Australian floral market. They are indicative and they change. They are not a quote, an offer or a guarantee of availability or price for your event.

A quote is only a quote when we have issued it to you in writing for your specific date, venue and scope.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking and does not reserve a date. A booking exists only when we have both agreed a written scope and any required deposit has been paid. Until then either party may walk away with no obligation.

Intellectual property

The text, design, photographs, layout and code on this website are owned by Aisle and Stem or used under licence. You may not copy, republish or adapt them without written permission, other than briefly quoting with attribution and a link.

Third party links

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Australian state or territory in which Aisle and Stem is registered, to be confirmed before this site goes live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
